Great news in The Lows camp! Our song "Road Trippin'" has been selected to appear on the inaugural Motor City Muscle album release. Ten Detroit rock artists/songs were chosen for this historic record and we're honored to be included. This album will be available on limited vinyl and on all major music streaming and download services.
As a result we are proud to announce we will be performing at the official launch party event on June 21 along with Count's 77, The Muggs, Choking Susan, The Cadillac Kidz, and The Seatbelts. Checking in with an April update! Had a great time in March starting off with an in-studio performance/interview on Cave Radio's Big and Bigger Show! Huge thanks to everyone over at Cave for having us & being such great hosts.
We also had a really great time rocking the Hamtramck Korner Bar with some other incredibly talented bands. A super fun night was had by all! Also need to give a huge shout out to Jed Thiebault & Steve Lupinski for filling in for us at this show. We're honored to have such professional musicians come on board to help us in a bind! Many thanks gentlemen.
Wow! What an outstanding time we had last weekend performing to a SOLD OUT Saint Andrews Hall! What an thrilling audience! Huge thanks going out to the amazing Candlebox for having us on the bill and for being the coolest guys ever. We were so honored to have the legendary Kevin Martin join us on stage to help us sing Black Hole Sun! Many thanks to the staff at Saint Andrews and to all of you rabid rock fans who came out to party with us on this big night. Shows like this are the reason you start to play music in the first place. It was a night we'll always remember and we look forward to many more like it!

Happy New Year! Hope everyone had a safe & enjoyable holiday! We want to start off by thanking all of you amazing folks who came out to support us for The Lows CD release party at The Loving Touch. We were honored by the incredible turn out and a fun time was had by all. Special thanks to Mike Leslie Band, The Gasoline Gypsies and Katelyn Corll with Cripple Creek. What an honor it was to share the stage with all of you! -Angelo
In great spirits after a great show at The Machine Shop last week! It's such an amazing venue and it was a great honor to have our debut show there. We can't thank Ballz Deluxe enough for allowing us the opportunity to kick off the show at their new CD release party!
Now it's on to our own CD release party Saturday December 30th at The Loving Touch in Ferndale. This is a very special show for us and it's going to be a DUAL release show as our guitarist Mike Leslie is also releasing his new EP "Easy Death". We also have some amazing opening talent with the Gasoline Gypsies and Katelyn Corll with the Cripple Creek Band. Doors are at 7pm - only $7 - and all ages are welcome! It will be, without a doubt, the BEST way to spend your New Years Eve... Eve! Angelo
So excited to announce the release of our debut EP The Lows! About ten months of work went into this project & we couldn't be happier with the way things turned out. We think you'll find lots of sonic delights throughout the record. I couldn't be prouder of the team I put together, as a huge goal was to create a record that I enjoy listening to myself!
GET THE LOWS EP NOW!
“On this chilly winter night, opening act, The Lows, warmed up the fans with an energetic set, teasing us with what was to come later in the evening with their modern take on the 90’s grunge/hard rock sound.”
“The Lows are taking the Detroit rock culture by surprise with a sound that pays great homage to the 90’s grunge/ hard rock era. Overall, the performance of this band at The Loving Touch was high energy, driven, and set out with a purpose.”
“Sonically, they come on hard, fast and loud, a solid attack with a sure footedness typically reserved for more veteran groups.”
